SINU + STEEL Returns & Second Life Promise

At SINU + STEEL, we stand behind what we create. Our clothing is designed to perform, fit better and move with you throughout your day.

30-Day Returns

Eligible unworn and unwashed clothing may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Underwear and socks are final sale for ordinary fit or change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Size Exchanges

We offer one size exchange per eligible garment within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Any applicable exchange shipping charges will be confirmed beforehand.

The SINU + STEEL Second Life Promise

Wear it. Train in it. Live in it. Then pass it forward.

We believe great clothing deserves a second life.

If an eligible SINU + STEEL garment does not become one of your favourites after you have worn it, our Second Life Promise lets you donate it instead of returning worn clothing.

How it works

Between days 31 and 90 after delivery:

1. Donate your clean, reusable SINU + STEEL garment to a local registered charity or established clothing donation organization.
2. Retain your donation receipt or other reasonable evidence of donation.
3. Within 14 days of donating, email support@sinuandsteel.com with your order number and donation evidence.
4. Once approved, receive SINU + STEEL store credit equal to 25% of the amount paid for the garment, up to $40 per garment in your original purchase currency.

Program conditions

• Available for eligible clothing purchased directly from SINU + STEEL.
• Limited to two approved claims per customer in any rolling 12-month period.
• Underwear and socks are excluded.
• Credit is based on the actual discounted purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping.
• Customers arrange and cover the costs of donating their garments.
• Approved credit is issued to the original purchaser’s customer account.
• Second Life credit does not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credit can be redeemed on eligible future SINU + STEEL purchases through supported checkout methods.

The Second Life Promise is separate from standard returns and does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws.
