Welcome to SINU + STEEL.

This website and store operate under the SINU + STEEL brand. Throughout these Terms of Service, “SINU + STEEL,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the SINU + STEEL store and website.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

1. Our Products

SINU + STEEL designs premium performance apparel intended to combine athletic functionality, considered fit and everyday versatility.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including their appearance, construction, available sizes and intended use.

Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and production variations.

We reserve the right to improve or modify product designs before commercial release. Any material changes affecting an order will be communicated as required by applicable law.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Items displayed during prelaunch are not available for purchase unless explicitly offered for sale.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or correct inaccurate product information.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency presented during checkout.

Shipping charges, taxes and other applicable fees will be displayed before purchase.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and provide the options required under applicable law.

Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the purchased products, as permitted by applicable law.

If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, charges and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Second Life

Eligible purchases are covered by our Returns & Second Life Promise policy.

Our Second Life program may offer eligible customers store credit when qualifying garments are donated according to the program’s published terms.

Second Life is a voluntary SINU + STEEL benefit. It does not replace or restrict statutory rights relating to defective goods, incorrect orders or other applicable consumer protections.

7. Promotional Offers and Store Credit

Promotional offers are subject to their published conditions.

Second Life store credit is issued according to the published program conditions and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Applicable redemption conditions will be communicated when credit is issued. Nothing in these terms restricts any mandatory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The SINU + STEEL name, approved logos, wordmarks, original designs, photographs, website content and other brand materials are owned by SINU + STEEL or used with appropriate authorization.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful activities, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse its content.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers and our business, subject to applicable law.

Our website operates using Shopify and may integrate other payment, shipping and technology providers.

Certain third-party services may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies.
